The Sunset At Cottonwood Pass (June 11, 2009) The sunset was definitely below par at Cottonwood Pass this evening. Dreary clouds have been dominating sky for nearly three weeks, and it is hampering our Colorado sunsets. Above is my best photo. It's not a bad shot all things considered, and I actually like the cars in the foreground. It helps give perspective and maybe it shows what it was like to be there.
