Denny Creek Trail
Winter Hike: A Hike On The Denny Creek Trail (February 2006)

We had some unusually warm days for about a week in Buena Vista and I decided to go for a modest hike up the beginning of Denny Creek Trail. The trail eventually leads to the summit of Mt. Yale and some other scenic areas in the Collegiate Peaks Wilderness. |

The snow was extremely deep in the forest, but the actual trail was packed firm from the footsteps of other hikers. |

Now I must admit that I only hiked in about one mile, and without having much mountain scenery, I focused in on smaller objects worthy of the camera. |
