May 27, 2006 - I drove over Cottonwood Pass from Buena Vista, CO
for the first time this year. I briefly stopped at the Taylor Dam at the end of the
Taylor Park Reservoir.

Here was the very interesting part:
Look at how strong the water is coming out of there!
Taylor Canyon, the immediate canyon that Taylor Creek runs through, is very scenic.
Eventually this water will flow to Almont and then the Gunnison River in Gunnison.
